Was it time well spent or a waste of time?

I just spent a couple of hours of course I was watching tv deleting and organizing my email inbox. I had over 1,000 emails, that I allowed to just sit there. Many I forgot about, some requesting to talk and others were junk! Now, I only 3 little messages in my inbox. From 70 unread to 0 unread.
