...sigh...

my little heart can't take it...

i am currently reading choosing forgiveness by nancy leigh demoss...its beautiful. the poor little book has been underlined, marked, and random remarks written in the margins.

i've seen the ugliness of my pride, selfishness and poor attitude played out in my life for too long- and its not who i want to be. and, i haven't had the boldness to admit that i was hurt, that i needed to forgive, and to apologize. thankfully, i have seen first hand, the freedom and joy of an apology and forgiveness. its been a year in the making but, finally (yes, finally!), i know i can forgive. forgive fully. and, know that i am forgiven!

"and the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." philippians 4:7

so, i leave you with this song. i like it. i like it, because i can relate.
